  I went in on Friday to fill my RX and talked to a Caitlin. She had a smirk on her face the whole time. I explained to her that this was not a Florida Blue Issue at all. Little did she know, that I caught her in a lie, it had nothing to do with a BIN number on my card. She simply did not do her job at all. Thought it was funny by the look on her face. She never ever said that she was sorry at all. I paid 80.80 for two RX that were in total 4.00 on one and 3.71 for the other. She refused to investigate anything and had to come back the next night to get the money back. I just moved here from Florida to Washington and will TRY TO USE Walmart as my pharmacy. Caitlin had ample time to do her job and did not so so. I am asking that Sam (head, manager or whatever). I am asking that this gal be FIRED. Please give me any numbers that I need to and I will have it done. I am sure that this has probably happened before. That smirk and lack of any understanding I still have in my mind. I am in the medical field and know that she was pure lack of doing a job. I have asked that I be called by someone with all numbers to report this wholeheartedly. It will NOT HAPPEN AGAIN, THAT IS A PROMISE.
