  The woman can be really rude and thinks she knows her birds, but guess what sometimes it takes someone else to be there and let her know she is wrong. I dislike the way she treated me when the bird I got from her died 3 days after, she blamed it all on me. She said I left it starve and many other things. I have owned birds since I was a kid, my stepfather owned a farm with all kind of animals. If she knew more she could have told me things to avoid like other retailers do but she had nothing to say besides blaming everything on me. She rudely offered me seeds and since I got a replacement bird I had no option to buy it there. She could at least asked me but she she toss it on the counter and charge me "like if you want the bird you better get those seeds". She had the birds eating seeds only when birds need pellets, seeds are just like a treat for them not food. I guess is cheaper for her to feed them seeds but is not good for the birds. The only postive side is that he gave me a replacement bird, but she should be more considerated next time and not especulate that the buyer did wrong when she didn't even know what happened to the bird. If it was another major store they just replace the bird because unless you are a veterinarian you won't know for sure what happened. Her especulations were rude and offensive and her treatment was rude. Really dissapointed!
